01The problem

Commercial work is worth winning. Finding it is the hard part.

For most commercial installers, the usual routes to new business each have a catch.

  1. Shared leads

The same enquiry gets sold to several installers, so you're racing on price before you've even seen the roof.

  2. Phone-heavy lead gen

Cold calling and appointment setting eat the week, and many business buyers simply don't pick up. Your team's time is better spent on site.

  3. Buyers who never go looking

Facilities and finance managers rarely search for an installer, even when the payback stacks up. Someone has to start the conversation.

02How it works

Four steps. All of it in writing.

You approve the brief. We do the prospecting, writing, sending and qualifying, then hand you the result by email.

  1. 01List

    Build your target list

Limited companies in your area that fit your brief: warehouses, manufacturers, cold stores, farms, care homes, schools' trusts, offices and fleet depots. Each one checked against Companies House.

    OutputTarget list, approved by you

  2. 02Send

Run outbound email in your name

Personalised, compliant business-to-business email from dedicated sending domains that we set up and warm. Your main domain is never put at risk.

    OutputWarmed domains, plain-text email

  3. 03Qualify

    Qualify by email and form

Interested businesses complete a short form covering site ownership, approximate energy spend, site details, the decision-maker and their timescale.

    OutputCompleted qualification form

  4. 04Hand over

    Hand over by email

Each qualified lead arrives in your inbox with the completed form, a written brief and a warm email introduction, so you can arrange the site survey directly.

    OutputLead brief and introduction

No calls, no calendars. Your time is on site, not on the phone. We never ring you or your prospects, and everything from first contact to handover is in writing, so you always have a record.

04What counts as a qualified lead

You only pay for leads that pass every check.

A qualified lead is a named decision-maker at a limited company who has completed our qualification form and agreed by email to be introduced to you.

  1. A real limited companyChecked against the Companies House register.
  2. The person who signs off the spendNamed, with their role, not a general inbox.
  3. The right to do the workSite or roof ownership, or landlord consent.
  4. The numbers you needApproximate annual energy spend plus roof type, heating system or parking spaces.
  5. A timescaleWhen they're looking to go ahead.
  6. Agreed to hear from youThey've said yes, by email, to an introduction.

If a lead proves invalid and you tell us within 7 days, we replace it instead of charging for it.

06A straight answer

We're new. We won't pretend otherwise.

Net Zero Pipeline launched in autumn 2026, so we don't have case studies or client logos to show you yet, and we won't invent any. That's why we offer a short, fixed-price pilot: you can judge the results yourself, with a full written report.

07FAQ

Common questions.

Do you make or book calls?

No, never. Selling, onboarding, qualification and handover all happen by email and a short online form. Your prospects don't get calls from us either, and everything stays in writing.

How fast will I see qualified leads?

Sending domains need about two weeks of warm-up before they can carry volume, and that warm-up is included. We'd expect first qualified leads in weeks 3 to 5, but we can't promise numbers. We're a new service, so we report exactly what happened every week. Commercial projects can take months to sign; we're measured on qualified leads delivered.

Are leads shared with other installers?

No. Every qualified lead is introduced to one installer only.

Who writes the emails?

We do. You approve your brief and the first template before anything is sent.

Which installers do you work with?

UK limited-company installers of commercial solar PV, heat pumps and EV chargers. We don't currently take on sole traders.

Where do your prospect lists come from, and is it compliant?

We build lists of limited companies from public business sources: companies' own websites and the Companies House register. We only cold email corporate subscribers (such as limited companies and LLPs), never sole traders or consumers. Every email names the sender and includes a one-line opt-out, and opt-outs are honoured immediately. See our privacy notice for the detail.

What if a lead turns out to be invalid?

Tell us by email within 7 days, for example if the contact details are wrong or the business doesn't meet the qualified-lead checks, and we'll replace it rather than charge for it.

What do you need from me to start?

Your service area, your ideal job size, the email address leads should go to, and permission to register sending domains in your business name. All of it is collected by email and form.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

There's no minimum term on the monthly plan; cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We'll email you our terms of business to read before you pay anything.
